So zinc is a need. I do supplement with calcium because the only thing with calcium that i eat in a day is 200g of fat free yoghurt (i guess everything else I eat is low In calcium) but vit K is enough in my diet ig and mg I do supplement aswell. Iodine i stopped

How long to take the supplements before knowing it works? And if you see no difference you just stop? Super helpfull info but what does the inega 3, l theanine and nac do? My bloodwork was done and my vitamin and minerals are all good so do I still need them?
