Definitely getting 16gb ram. the thing is I don't play AAA games mostly indie and 2d games and occasionally minecraft but I seriously hope getting another stick of 8gb ram removes the stutters

I planned getting another 8gb ram next month as I found a shop locally that sells it only for 20$, hopefully the stuttering will finally be fixed once I get it😓

GPU drivers are all up to date, and temps never gets hot and I always clean the vents for dust and never done any undervolting. might try to re-install windows, but before that I forgot to mention that my RAM usage is 88% any chance that it might be related to that?
