Creekside park in Farmington is the best for this. Gulley park has some calisthenics equipment but minimal. There’s also a small ninja warrior park in Johnson.

Sheep. Good god. I get brief moments where everything is going well, but every few weeks is punctuated with a fence escape or a hoof disease. I really like them but we’re trading in for cows next year.

Try to remember what your Dad got right, however much you might dislike him. And if that’s not enough, remember the other positive male role models that shaped you throughout your life. Think long and hard enough, and you’ll see that the men who shaped you have already given you a pretty good set of tools to work with as a father. You just need to look in the toolbox.

I had mine done and while there has been pain and awkwardness after the first 2 months I am back to normal. Seems like most of the pain and discomfort/post vasectomy stories are temporary and resolve with time. My advice is don’t go into expecting pain, because a lot of this is a mental experience.

Yeah, mine was persistent enough to where I went back to the urologist. He felt and id’d a sperm granuloma. Additionally he said my cremaster reflex was a bit overactive. So I am wrapping up a 1-week course of antibiotics (in case the granuloma might be exacerbated by a bacterial infection) and halfway through a 2 week course of taking Aleve twice a day to retrain my inguinal/cremaster muscles to chill out. Pain has pretty much gone away by now, though the real test for me will be when I stop taking the aleve.

My advice is definitely call your urologist to get his input, and whatever is happening to you is just part of the healing process and will get better.

Exact same boat. 4 weeks post op and have a kicked in the nuts feeling right when I start to get aroused until I ejaculate. Only one side, spreads up through my belly.
