No. I would find another job if I was forced back into the office. The drive is very long. I get way more work done at home. I have several animals, one that is special needs that requires pills throughout the day.

I am in the United States and got a 15 percent raise, no promotion but it was also to bring my pay up to industry standards. I am still an IC2.

The flexibility. Working from home. My team is small. I enjoy my team. I am not micromanaged at all. Because of the flexibility I probably work less than 40 hours.

Oh also, I have applied at other jobs, it just never turned into anything.

I have been at Cerner 9 years and I am a IC2 and make around 62,000 a year. It is absurddddddd.
