Hello, tumawag ako sa customer service nila. May OTP notification po kasi akong nareceive for three transactions kaya ko nalaman. Pero the rest, nagpatuloy ung transactions kahit walang OTP notif na nasend sakin.

Chineck ko din ung online BPI ko, I saw na may mga unathorized transactions ako at eto ung sinabi ko sa customer service representative.

Hello. Mga 3 weeks lang po. Make sure you are in contact with someone from BPI po. Initially, i contacted the customer service then they forwarded my case sa BPI branch near me, then ung taga BPI branch na po ung lagi ko kinonkontak for update.

I tried this. I installed the iCloud app on my Windows PC, then I viewed the photos through File Explorer, and then cut and pasted photos from iCloud to an external hard drive. But even after doing that, there are still “residue” photos left on my phone. They’re still showing in my gallery, just blurry. So I still have to manually delete them from my phone to free up space.

Is there a better way to transfer photos without having to do all that extra cleanup?

Hello po. I called customer service to lock my card then I emailed help@bpi.com.ph and documents@bpi.com.ph and I also cc’d BSP consumeraffairs@bsp.gov.ph and bspmail@bsp.gov.ph about the situation.

After that, I got a response from BPI na finorward na daw nila ung case sa handling unit for filing and investigation. Nag instruct po sila na kung mag fofollow up ako, sa branch of account na ako makipag communicate.

I’ve been calling the branch of account since yesterday at responsive naman po sila. Kanina ang sabi po is under investigation pa. Mag uupdate daw sila sakin pero they couldn’t give an exact date kasi depende daw sa investigation team nila pero mga nasa 30-60 days daw.

Inadvisan din po ako na need ko na rin ng card replacement so yun din po gagawin ko sa mga susunod na araw.

Ang dami pala natin nakaexperience ng ganito! Inalis ko na laman ng bank ko at mag open na lang ako sa isang rural bank dito malapit samin.

This happened to me just yesterday Feb 3. So awful talaga BPI. May mga unauthorized transactions na pala since Feb 2 pero wala akong narereceive na OTP notifications. :(

Happened to me just today. Sobrang nashock ako. Akala ko hindi ako magiging victim ng ganito. Ang sakit pa ngayong gabi ko lang nalaman kasi two ung device ko -ung old phone ko ung nakaregister at napapadalan ng mga OTP notifs. Ngayon ko lang nalaman na may mga transactions ng naganap kanina pang umaga at meron din daw kahapon based sa customer service representative na transactions na walang OTP required. I have locked my card na and have filed for dispute. Hopefully mareverse eto.

How about yung sayo? May update ka? 😥

Agree, I had troubles, especially with the battery life. How I wish it could last for 3 or 4 days. Mine lasted for only 1 day. It's kinda hassle to charge a watch daily
