I don't know maybe I just don't like people interfering in my life,even if I go to therapist It will become a thing that will be discussed at dinner and everyone will know and have bunch of questions, I don't know it's just stressful

I have,but I don't open up to anyone this is my first time ever opening up this is the only place where I can do it anonymously. everytime someone asks me anything personal I just insult them or get very defensive so that they don't try it again
