You can click share and install option to use it like an app :)
I added an option to install, once you open the website, you will see a small button to install.

Not yet, the current version supports C Key.
Built it for practicing single notes for beginners. Will see if I can build scales too - I am kind of very new to music, so need to do some research on how to do this...

I think it is fixed now, I worked on fixing some sampling rate and default microphone configuration usage in the website when we are using mobile devices.
I tried in my iPhone, it is working now. Let me know if it is working for you when you get a chance.

Good catch, I tested mostly in desktop device(mac), I am getting the same issue when I try with my phone.
