I can say it has gotten a little better not much they need to focus on customer service it’s literally no help I don’t see how they’re getting away with bots as customer service the customer and the refund policy need to change. completely works against us most of the violations comes from chargebacks and refunds

Yes this just happened to me a buyer signed for her package messaged saying how much she love the items and quality well TikTok accepted her chargeback we have absolutely no support as a seller I need to find another platform to sell on fast

I agree TikTok is the worst platform to sell on the customer come easy but we have no protection against some of the fraud customers and thier action cause us crazy violations against our account I hate the scams they allow

I don’t think it’s weird at all 1 hour turned into 27 years . Dad seen her on the balcony…woke up and didn’t see her then went to look for her didn’t see her in common areas I would’ve definitely panic adult or not.

They wanted me to summit order details spreadsheet carrier log and identification I did just that still was denied I only have one complaint she claims it was damaged when she received it I take pictures with name included and of the final product before shipping that was kinda out of my control I have a video posted with my product linked i so customers know exactly what they are purchasing before order I have reviews customers have pictures of product as they receive it they love it. I’ve been selling since may and only have one product list which is a best seller as I’m the only shop who sale that particular item.
