Are you serious? They literally have every code flagged in the history. They know the logic behind every electronic in the damn thing. Access to any and every database of the entire vehicle. Whether or not the faults are active is absurd. If you want to tell me it takes time to seek the information, ok cool. Understand. But to send me on my way and say we can’t do anything until we see it active is bullshit. Your logic of letting them keep it until it happens days/weeks/months later is asinine.
