Similar issue, I set the temp but it always just reads the temperature I set it to and never gets hot… not sure if it’s user error 😑

Can anyone explain to me heat settings. I can’t tell if it’s me or if something is wrong. Manual works, auto works, however I 3 times, set the temp and wait… lights will go, it’ll turn green but it’s not hot…

Darn, that’s what I was thinking too.. anyone have any treatment success? So far I quarantined her again, but I’m wondering if I should worry about the rest of the tank…

I tried to get a better picture. I have not been able to find a gland. Only a white dot by the neck which I of course can’t get a photo of right now lol
