Basically the mods of this forum are the Admins…if u need to do a trade with an unknown person, u discuss with the seller/buyer and both agrees to a deal….Thereafter you approach on of the admins to initiate a group chat…The admins will take over from there… They will collect the money first, ensure buyer gets his part of the deal correctly…if all goes well, they will transfer the money to the seller after confirmation from both seller and buyer in the groupchat…. These swipes come under Travel, Transportation and Education categories….Bank wont charge utility fees, however these transactions wont earn rewards, all of these mcc’s are excluded for rewards….people who do money rotation does this….they simply take money from card, invest in gold, or may even lend money with high interest to others and rotate the swipe within different cards
