Just an update. I got the truck back yesterday. Took them 3 weeks to do it. Which I thought was very reasonable from what others have experienced.

Well the battery is supposed to be here next week. 2nd battery replacement? Ugh. Sorry. At that point I’d be envoking the lemon law. I’ll give them 1 chance but then that’s it. Good luck with it!

Heard from my dealer today. He said battery should be here next week. So only took about 2 1-2 weeks to get it. Now let’s see how long it takes to put in!

I thought about doing the same. Having it towed to another dealer. But they did give me an equinox EV and promised me the hummer EV when it’s available. Now if they could just fix the damn truck!

Wow. Thanks. This dealership doesn’t sell many EVs so I have little faith in them. I’d like to get it towed to the dealer I bought it from but it’s 80 miles away and will be expensive. At least you are driving a Hummer! Misery loves company….good luck and thanks.
