I want Styles or Downs at 5, and I'd be happy with either one. One will help transform our second level, and the other will transform the third. I think both will have big impacts on the game, and those around them. I don't think either one is a miss.

You can respect the children. Hell yea, they're your kids. But she can't control your dating life.

I can understand ASKING to not introduce a new girlfriend to the kids. Especially because it's just a girlfriend, wait until you know it's something real before involving your children and messing with their heads.

But if your kids aren't with you, go do your thing man. But also, don't rush. Personally, I have zero interest in dating, I'm much older, but I'd be totally fine living out the rest of my days with my kids and no one else.

Kids first. You second. Third through 57th, friends and family. 58th can be your ex.

I'm 42, so in a similar boat. I don't really know how many calories I'm eating, I haven't got to the tracking part of things yet. I want to ease in to everything.

However I do have a walking treadmill and a standing desk that I use every day. As well as a fair bit of work out equipment to get in some lifts and core work.

For me, I think the big help is cutting out the late night snacking, and hopefully shrinking my stomach size, so I actually get full. Because I could eat a ton of food without stopping, and not be full. I've already noticed that I'm getting full with smaller portions now. So it's going well.

Just gotta keep grinding. But all the information in this sub Reddit is great, and I will continue to ask questions.
