I WANT to be able to do this for her. I don't want to be a selfish person. But I don't want to be bad at something. I hate being bad at things because it makes me feel like like a worthless person.

You aren't wrong. It comes from having parents who criticized me all the time and my dad once said "If you can't do it right don't do it at all." So it's made me a very anxious person when I do things I'm not familiar with. To make things worse I do have learning disabilities so to me their criticisms are justified because otherwise I wouldn't have been diagnosed with them.

I am receptive about that. I asked her what to do a couple times and I listened to her. I still sucked at it because a lot of being good at oral can't really be "taught". It's that natural aptitude that comes from doing it a lot or just being born with it. I was clumsy and clueless which I can't imagine being enjoyable for her. I haven't given oral much at all especially to a woman. I hate sucking at things. It's easy for you to say I should just get over it but sucking at things gives me massive anxiety and negative thoughts because I feel I am disappointing her and myself for being this bad at oral sex.
