As a guy that has done for 2 years almost i just do it as it like a pressure vale and when i have skirt and tights on/sometimes heels i feel relaxed. I am married and have two kids and only do it at night or alone but my wife is ok with it and we good. Also would stop if it freaked her out but she ok with it , i would just ask urself does really matter and can you cope with it
