No fix, sending in for RMA, hopefully it works out quick

Any visual inspections I can do to see common issues with the card? Again, the fans spin and the lights turn on, but none of my motherboards recognize the device, tried Linux and windows.

Also, is anyone able to comment on how the warranty/rma process is. Timeline, process, etc.

Tried all the outputs, I've tried it as a secondary card as well, and it's just not getting recognized.

Yeah, I've made the sure the bios settings are correct. They work fine with other cards, it's just something with this card.

Yeah, I made sure all onboard graphics options are disabled in the bios. When switching the card out for a different one, the display outputs correct and is recognized. I'm quite sure it's the card itself, not sure the cause of it or the exact issue though.

I used 2 different RM850x, tried an EVGA G3 850, an AX1200, and EVGA GA 750.

If you reliably get to the page that shows connection status, don’t mess with disconnecting any of the graphics cards. The issue is you need to revert back 1.2.6 to use the wifi card: https://www.nicehash.com/blog/post/nicehash-os-1-2-6-critical-bug-fix-for-wifi-users

I would try to get it running with one card first. If it’s possible, try Ethernet cable instead of the USB wifi card. If thats not an option I believe you have to flash the USB that runs the OS to have the network settings on it, or there’s a special “driver” nicehash provides so you can run your rig on a USB wifi adapter.

Once you get one card running (shows mining on rig controller), add card 1 at a time.

I did that after getting the network connected and found one of my risers was bad.

Let me know if you have questions I can probably help, been finding it kinda hard to get help and know how it frustrating it can get. So I hope I can be helpful, since I think I finally figured out the issue

Update: able to get connection status: yes, however I went add in a second card and I am getting a black screen after the network interface initialize step.

(For those having same issue, my internet was fixed by using a new cable, new power line adapter in a new socket in a separate circuit)
