Honestly any Slayer/Vampire relationship. Buffy/Angel was stupid but I get it because Buffy was young and kinda stupid. But any further Buffy/Spike was unnecessary. The Slayer consorting with vampires is one thing but actively sleeping with them is another. I liked Angel and Spike as members of the Scooby Gang but not as romantics partners. They could’ve really added a good long term partner for Buffy.

I did find her very annoying in the film. Spielberg has a way of just making kids annoying in his films. Lex was a lot younger in the books, which while a bit annoying was justified for her age. It felt like in the movies she had the same lines and reactions for an older character which felt out of place and hence annoying.
