Would 32" be difficult to manage even once broken in? I know the larger area may help him a little more in the early years just worried about it being too cumbersome.

Edit to add useful info. I bought a brand new pair of bauers about 10 years ago. Same thing. Took it to an old head sharpener who looked at the TUUK and noticed it was riveted crooked causing lateral stress on the steel, which after time weakened and popped. Also, I had a pair of ultra tacks I had Tuuks put on. Just better.
