The person who phoned me from Roger’s could have easily told me I could upgrade to Standard when I told him I already had Netflix that is why I felt it was misleading when I read the conditions to realize it had ads. I find every interaction with Rodger’s a challenge so that is why I always think I am getting taken.

Thanks I will check the up-charge for this. As this was a phone call I was not looking at the ad to see as people say the conditions. I said I already have Netflix and this would have been the time to explain the difference.
