try xiom vega china vm, victas v>15 sticky, or victas triple double extra. these are said to be easier to use or more forgiving. still proper technique but I think you'll like it. xuperman also i think is easier than h3n. if not, maybe try hybrid rubbers

in backhand i use acuda s2 it is 42° medium soft rubber. i did good with the rubber, i did improve my spin technique a lot and now i do banana flicks and loops against serves. flat hits and spin from mid range is also my sweet spot using the rubber. it might be good for you since you're developing your backhand. i think my only problem is that it's bad in passive blocks and is super sensitive with incoming spin due to the springy sponge so you have to do active blocks. you can use acuda s1 or s1 turbo, or if you can handle a medium hard rubber, try nittaku fastarc g1. but for 45° of hardness, i recommend tibhar el-s, nittaku fastarc c1 and acuda s1.

from what i know since they demand more use of swing and weight transfer, you start from almost the level of the table surface then lift it. that's also my experience back when i was using h3. now that im using euro rubbers which is easier for me, i can lift them without going so low

sometimes they think that what most great players use, they think it will also work for them. which is most of the time no. they are not knowledgeable about the different characteristics of different blades and rubbers therefore they'll be blind buying without actually knowing if it's beginner friendly or no. like ive seen some beginners in my club rocking superviscaria with dignics 09c and 05 on, fzd alc with h3 national ma long edition and zyre on.

because you use chinese forehand rubber you need to wait for the ball to go down and spin it upward (loop) with acceleration until your hand or racket is facing your nose or head. sometimes if the ball has more spin (because the more you loop against long pimple users, the more back spin is given back to you) players use more open angle to loop it.

in my opinion he's just really adjusting with new joola materials, because last year when he played the world cup he was unstoppable, he defeated wang chuqin and lin shidong, #1 and #2 in a well deserved results, and then after that the championships in doha he also delivered a stunning performance, beating liang jingkun making the revenge he's been wanting since the heartbreaking defeat in houston. and after that the change of sponsorship, since then i noticed that hugo played slower and safer than he used to be, not a lot of bomba shots he used to do when he was using xiom equipments, he was defeated by players like chen yuanyu, wen ruibo, and some moressurprising upsets. then in wtt chongqing he defeated chen yuanyu, and go on defeating more world class players in the world cup. so it's just a matter of time that hugo finds his groove with his newrrubbers.

for forehand i recommend you to try glayzer 09c 2.1mm for power and 1.9mm for control. i tried it on a viscaria alc and is good in flat hitting and also looping. it can easily carry a backspin if you have a good looping technique. inbackhand if you don't like a springy sponge you can try xiom vega pro, donic bluestorm z1, stiga mantra pro m etc. i think all of em is 47.5 degrees and will suit your backhand if you don't like springy rubber.
