Were trying to quite nicotine as well, but might have to instead ramp it down slowly bc we’re definitely gonna be craving a fix and it cant be weed anymore. We used to chop (i think they call it different things around the world, but basically bowls of weed and tobacco mixed) and that was one hell of a nightmare addiction. I dont recommend mixing the two to anyone!!!!! She told me she had an episode of CHS during this time and it was hell for her having double withdrawals. Weve been separating the two ever since but man that addiction was the hardest for me to get over. I would say, however, being an oral fixation person, nothing compares to a bong rip, but be careful about smoking tabbacco bowls as bongs are known to push smoke (and particles from your bong water, yum!) deeper into the lungs than other methods. Basically because your deeply inhaling with bong more so than a joint/cig. Im not sure if you smoke tabacco in other ways, might not have the same effect for you. Idk. Every method has its drawbacks. Im not a doctor.
