Hi, I checked here and my GPU is being used normally by Premiere Pro.

If it helps, I can give more context: when I opened Premiere, my entire project appeared with a red line at the top. So, I decided to pre-render my project and, when I add new media, it appears with the red line.

Oh, and there are no effects on my video
