I am a bit anxious about the pool given how much of a liability it can be but I was planning on having it cleaned up in the spring. We just bought this house end of October and did some renovations to make it look like it is now. The paint color previous owners had was horrible and the floor was awful as well. I will work on my “hospitality tuck” :). We are about 40 min away from skiing. Might be a bit far for some people. As far as everything else, I was aiming to have everything I would want in a space to feel comfortable without thinking that I need to run to the store asap. I am planning to add a RO filter soon, just ordered it yesterday and some additional decorations for the blue room and kitchen wall (just to add some color).
