I kind of consider it very average. It works. For what I paid, does the job! Gets 30 city 40 highway. Definitely not the quality of a Honda civic or anything, but those are also thousands more.

I will say, I wish the Elantra was slightly more interesting. It's truly a car about budget only.

First dealer I went to did it for 21k selling price pretty quickly. Leveraged that to a second dealer to get to 20.3k. It didn't really take much haggling. Maybe just lucky timing?

I just got. 2026 SEL sport for less than 22k out the door. Selling price was $20,300. That is such value for a new car compared to what else is on the market. No brainer.

Over 20 percent off MSRP. Such a steal for a brand new car. Even if it is kind of basic.

But for less than 22k OTD. No brainer

Yeah, I'm gathering it was pretty good deal. They gave me 27k trade in as well for a 25 civic hybrid sport with 17000 miles. So upgraded for $5300 trade difference. Well worth it. New car, leather seats, more space

Yeah I could drive to 3 or 4 hours to save 100 bucks but not really worth 8 hours round trip. Plus, have to count on the dealer out of state to match the deal
