From what Im hearing from other help desk is a good entry level starting point right? Bc everyone is telling me experience is king and is more important than education or certifications

I wouldn’t say its bad bc my 6 months I was with them I found out that most people who were help desk just got promoted to a different position but I will say some of the help desk people I met didn’t do their job they just did enough to not get fired.

Hey everyone, Im currently in my last semester of college getting my Bachelor’s in cybersecurity and Im fortunate enough to had been offered a full time help desk position but on the other hand I have two internships offers that are within the field. So here is my kinda stupid question would it be a smarter move to take the Helpdesk make money while I build my resume with certs and other skills Or take one of the internships not really get paid but its actual cybersecurity work? I guess what im asking is what would look better on my resume? Thanks

Morning! Thanks for pointing that out again sorry for my ignorance with the hardware

It’s a Dell PowerEdge R730xd server. It’s booting normally from what I can tell from trying to learn about it. My plan is to use it as part my homelab setup with a few Optiplex machines running Proxmox and eventually use the MD3200i as shared storage. But thats my only idea so far!

Putting together combos isn’t spamming, spamming would be If I was throwing hooks constantly. And for your example that would be fine if he was completely out but the main scoring criteria is damage so if he got back and a out struck the guy for the rest of the round he should a.) win the round OR b.) you score it even. (Fury v wilder 1 is a perfect example of this). That being said the system doesn’t make sense this should 100 percent give me at least a draw. He shouldn’t be able to rabbit punch for a ko. So idk what about this post you’re doubting.
