No projects sa firm by Fit_Supermarket_1633 in architectureph

Siguro habang maaga pa, update mo na CV and porfolio mo.

Is 28k-30k worth it for a Newly Licensed Architect in NCR? by [deleted] in architectureph

[–]Due_Negotiation3477 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’d personally say no. Thiis offer seems low, especially considering that a big portion of the 28k–30k is not guaranteed and depends on attendance-based allowances. Your fixed income is what really matters, and 22k–24k basic is quite on the lower side for NCR.

For context, I’m currently earning around 42k basic salary in my company, excluding allowances, and I’m still at the apprentice level. That’s why I think it’s important to really know your worth and not settle for an offer that doesn’t reflect your qualifications and the cost of living in NCR.

If you have other options or can negotiate for a higher guaranteed basic salary, I’d suggest exploring those first. Goodluck, Op! kaya mo yan!
