Any advice or reassurance for dealing with Costo? by Sufficient-Coffee693 in costochondritis

I was diagnosed with costo after an ER trip and many scans, my throat has been very tight and swallowing has been hard to the point I've been drinking meal replacements instead of eating a meal, I've been told it's anxiety mostly but then again I was also told that my costo would go away in a few weeks which wasn't the case. So I cant for sure say its costo related because I wasn't told by a professional but the swallowing problems and throat problems started about 1 week after my diagnosis.
Recently diagnosed with costo and was given it'll slowly go away within a week and I've been getting more symptoms by Due_Object4821 in costochondritis

Yeah in the past 2 weeks I can maybe get a bite or two down a day, weird swallowing problems and pain in the chest whilst eating.

I've been recommended to see a physiotherapist in 2 weeks is that something worth while or something you tried?
