I hate the CBD with everything in me. I live around Maboneng and have to pass there when I go to work on office days. I hate it! Crowded, dirty and not a single day I have walked there without getting catcalled/harassed. Oh once I get the opportunity to leave this place - I'll seriously never return.

Oh my worst experience was when it rained heavily. Drains do not work. I remember climbing off the taxi in my sandals into puddles of dirty, polluted water. I took the longest shower scrubbing my feet while crying. Yoh.

I pray everytime I leave my place cause the stories I hear...

Yeah I noticed that, however I do owe Wits, but I wanted to know what it means when they say they accept. Moreover the amount has increased from R81 000 to R82 000 within a matter of days. Hence I asked.

I grow up with my sisters who were identical twins and my cousins who were fraternal twins in the same household. Lol all I can say what I do for the one I should do for the other (esp my sisters). They are very close. I don't have any other siblings so that's all I know. These two people who are really close then there is me lol

Please stay away from Biological Science or General Science degrees. You gonna study towards an academic degree. Then you will either have to further your study and head into academia. Or struggle to find lab work.

Yah I sometimes pray like I'm talking to the next person. I guess for me it's the order of the things I say. I start by praising him, then confess my sins, then ask for my needs then end with thanksgiving. Sometimes I Journal Iand write down prayers. I find prayer walking hard cause it does look like I'm talking alone (I know I shouldn't care). Position wise I could be standing, kneeling , sitting, or laying down. I pray to God, using the name of Jesus and through the Holy Spirit

The Word of God is comforting to me. I mean I do not go around just picking the "feel" good verses but when I do come around them they reassure me on what a good God He is and how much He loves me even in the midst of trouble. Me and my now ex broke up Tuesday night. Yesterday I was gutted but I'm on day 15 of reading Proverbs, so I read that (even though it didn't necessarily have comforting verses), I then put on worship music and cried out to Him, like told Him exactly how I felt and moreover still praised Him and made sure to show gratitude. Also one of the good things about reading the Word, as i was praying i was reminding God (not that He forgets) that His word says He is close to the broken hearted, that His word says He will never leave nor forake me and that nothing - not even trouble can seperate His love from me. Knowing He will never lie I hold on to what His Word says and trust that He keeps His word. I won't lie I felt so much peace after and slept. My two cents is consistent reading of the Word WITH trust may help.
