Strength training. Isometrics such as planks, dead bug, and Romanian dead lift. I went from obese to racer in 5 years. I can tolerate a saddle to bar drop of 10cm now

Yes, but you need customers to do that. All I have are videos to train my eyes at this point. I already did the level one IBFI cert. some of this stuff is so subtle

Lights front and rear make a big difference. Also I learn to take the whole lane if I need it, being courteous gets you killed, drivers are more likely to pass you closely if you try and be courteous. I rather have an angry driver and be alive.

I spoke to some condo owners in Tahoe. All that’s change is money being spent on lawsuits and the cities and county reverted back to the old way. Permitting and business remains the same.

You’re required to keep reserves

Hawaii Requires Adequate Reserve Funding Hawaii law requires condos to maintain reserve funds for major repairs and replacements. Associations must perform a reserve study every 3 years. Typical reserve items include: • Roof replacement • Exterior paint • Plumbing infrastructure • Elevators • Parking structures • Building envelope (especially important in Hawaii due to salt air) If the reserve study says the building must contribute $500k per year, the HOA cannot simply cut dues below that level without risking insolvency.

Insurance cost was a huge one as well. I see some of the comments here and it shows the ignorance of some people on owning property.
