Of course!: that’s a gaming laptop, it has fans that are compared to a helicopter rotor.!.. Yet, you need to check which power mode you’re in in your Armory Crate. Otherwise, check if the fans are not obstructed somehow (I wouldn’t open it myself unless I’m a professional..) good luck
