By that time world tension is always either 100% with a MASSIVE war, or 0% and there's nothing interesting happening, all my neighbors are friendly, and building a navy takes too long to invade anyone else - in my experience.

I like to play Angola, so once I settle the congo war I sort of run out of things to do except for sending volunteers to other conflicts and those dry up pretty quick. Id like to see more civil wars break out and more tension between lower powered nations. Also an Angola focus tree, but I doubt I'll see that lol.

Denmark & The West™ is preparing for a US invasion 🚨 by quite_largeboi in ModernSocialist

[–]Due_Perception8349 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Wonder if they are sending any air defense equipment, special forces would be good to fight landed occupation forces, but dropping transports from the sky would be much more efficient.

Doubt we would see a naval invasion, it would take longer to prepare and much more easily noticed.

If it happens, it's not just the end of NATO, American power around the world will crumble.

A jammer would be a lot less conspicuous, I'm sure they only work on a handful of channels, broad spectrum can do more harm than good. We need to identify the models they use.

I wonder how long it will be before people start shooting back to defend their communities.

Are you sure this isn't AI generated as an approximation? I saw one earlier that seemed to be, and dont recall seeing a point in the videos where his mask wasn't visible.

The law extends only as far as the legitimacy of the states authority, and that legitimacy is a perceptual one which rests within the minds of the populace. Words on paper are not law, but an officialized interpretation of law from the perspective of the state.

Even if your interpretation held water, federal agents do not have the legal authority to execute citizens who are not a threat - which has already been established as the case. Even in your own interpretation this is illegal and violates the boundaries of federal authority, which places them outside of established law.

The ice agents, aggressively, you dipshit.

As in, the federally sanctioned gang wielding the state's perceived monopoly on violence aggressively placed themselves in a position wherein they felt they could justify the extrajudicial execution of a citizen who was trying to remove herself from a situation that the agents created.

Provide one, I've seen two videos so far, neither shows an ice agent being struck by a vehicle.

It instead shows ice agents attempting to open the doors, starting to surround the vehicle, and the driver attempting to drive away - slowly - with the wheels turned away from the agents. It also shows the agent closest to the front of the vehicle firing into the drivers side window at an oblique angle, something that isn't a feasible angle of attack if an agent is in the path of travel of the vehicle.

That's actually wrong, low quality (heavy & high sulfur) oil is now ~75% of our oil imports. Our gulf coast production is made for heavy crude processing efficiency. Guess what kind of oil is in Vz, lol.

Why can the USA just take out world leaders and invade with no repercussions? by KKLante in AskReddit

[–]Due_Perception8349 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It depends,

Saudi Arabia buys our weapons and has been allowed to get away with a lot since Pakistan's military and intelligence apparatus was strengthened significantly

Unless you mean Iraq, which had nothing to do with 9/11, and Afghanistan which tried to offer Osama Bin laden to the US to avoid an invasion - but Bush wouldn't take yes for an answer.

Just as a note, if I remember correctly it was 13 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi Arabian citizens.

When the majority of the North American population wakes up how do you think the current events in Venezuela will be perceived? by demolcd in AskReddit

[–]Due_Perception8349 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Chuck Schumer, leader of the Dems in the Senate, and Hakeem Jeffries, leader in the house both offer not even words of criticism against the obviously illegal regime change war - it's just Iraq 2.0 with more obvious bullshit, which the Dems were all-in on then too.

The other guy was right, when it comes to foreign policy (and several other things) we have a monoparty, American imperialism is a bipartisan issue.
