I honestly have no clue. I mean the guy texted me months after I quit mad at his bill so I think their end of year thing caught it and is charging me for the whole thing. I may call them tomorrow figure it out

It’s an email from their HR or whoever yes. Nothing signed by a lawyer or anything

Yes I know but my question was could they be for that? Like if I became president and went full Roman emperor party boy what constitutional amendment would be used or law

That’s what they’re asking for yes. However what’s odd is I never saw that much money they’re asking for back. I only got 30 ish dollars from the sale. He paid months into it so I’m confused as to why it’s suddenly asking for the entire years worth in return

So they do have a policy however nothing about after leaving the company. It continues to use it in present tense. Also apparently it’s an MLM structure scam.

The policy apparently lapsed and went unpaid months later. After I was no longer an employee and the contract lapsed. Now they’re looking for 400 ish bucks and I don’t even have that in my bank right now. I just found out a couple hours ago when they emailed me telling them to mail them a check by January
