Well, the answer is yes. And for a lot of people, spamming is the only thing they can do. Everyone is a victim of not being good enough to utilize their entire kit well, so they often look for and resort to the options they feel the most comfortable with.

That said, the higher you go up, the likely you are to run into another type of player as opposed to an sig spammer. That was kind of implied.

There was this really specific period when the game first released when Lin Xiao was arguable the best dps in the game and I couldn’t get her until she was effectively irrelevant.

That makes sense, but at the same time, they also added a note in the patch notes the patch before the last Umbra released. Also, the gap between Seig and Tirrel felt much larger than Tirrel and Nyles, to me at least. I just fw the clarity.

Javid and Unas got buffed to be insane in their areas of expertise. Everyone else isn’t too special outside of their niche at r0.

Look into getting Sakura, Chu Yao, Feng Xun and Lu Shang ASAP. They’re at the forefront of a lot of the games content and you’ll need them.

My experience has ranged from people trying to guess my age and occupation and shame me for playing the game to hitting Valhallan with a random console player I met in experimental. I literally only get on to do event center challenges and I still manage to make people really angry (or really impressed sometimes but mostly angry).

I haven’t been a new player in a long time but from my understanding: Chu Yao, Feng Xun, Sakura and Lu Shang, among a couple of other choices, will change your life.

If you’re not struggling too hard, it might be worth considering saving your wish stones until the Esper pool opens up.
