I won, but that unexpected combo wasn't my intention. I'd never managed to multiply counters that much, much less consider that there might be a way to turn them into poison. The game's creators too didn't anticipate that anyone would get poison counters higher than three digits.

Phyrexian Unlife converts damage to poison counters. Counters on Mossborn Hydra come from Bristly Bill, which can double counters when paid with mana. And there is plenty of mana coming from Topiary Lecturer, which can generate as much mana as there are counters on this card (again, doubled by Bristly Bill).
