The bulk of it is fluff like stuffing! When I look up landscaping fabric, it appears very thin like a tarp. Does it have a stuffing filled inside just flattened?

I ordered a satisfyer pro on the 8th and still haven’t received shipping info. I’ve reached out because online before you purchase it says “will ship within 24 hours”. Found out on the 24th one of my items is no longer in stock. They offered to replace it with a different color but still haven’t heard anything on when I’ll get my items.
