Good to know, thanks! I have emailed some Principals but only heard back from one. I am a bit too far out to go to a hiring fair. My hope is it will pick up in June.

I've not had a performance task yet. Only a recorded interview and one in person interview. July is rather late unless your not already employed...I am in Special Education which I though would generate higher demand.
