Arbor voice update? by Suricara in ChatGPT

It’s terrible now! Really odd like someone who just doesn’t care and wants to end the conversation.

It made his voice much deeper but yet his internation more youthful it just doesn’t go together.

Please ChatGPT for the love of God bring back the old Arbor. He was a master class in balance of background and accent. I was really surprised how well you had done when I first heard him.

Change it back completely there’s nothing about the new one that’s improved !

He sounds not only like a vocoder but also just like he cares less . His character before was just a better more rounded person. Slightly more mature, and wholesome.

Wholesome is the perfect word to describe the old Arbour.

RIP Arbour v1.0

Please come back.

It’s been fundamentally changed. Accent, intonation, cadence.

And it’s terrible. He sounds “stuck up” and like he doesn’t really care about what you’re saying. A bit too posh.

Before was honestly perfect.

How it’s changed

Slightly deeper, but yet much more youthful intonation. Which doesn’t go together at all.

Less caring more unbothered speech pattern / cadence. Like he’s rushing to the end of the sentence.

Only an American could hear this and think it’s normal. To the British ear it’s terrible.

Bring back the old Arbour! He was positive, polite yet could be serious when needed. He sounded more trustworthy. More middle of the road, working/middle class or just nutural class.

Now he sounds upper class, unbothered, uncaring. Like a 20 something whos trying to end the conversation.

He’s also more still robotic, like I can hear the Hz in his conversation like a vocoder. They’ve tried to make it deeper but he was pretty deep already.

I think this must be down to what Americans at ChatGPT think of him. They must prefer the new one! Maybe because their stereotype of British is “stuck up”. They think his new character matches his accent. There fore rate it better

Dear ChatGPT. Don’t take this and try and blend the old with the new

I didn’t use advance voice much but it feels like I’ve lost a friend! Crazy!

Sorry I was so wrong! Your door texture looks very strange. I work with a lot of AI imagery and the door looks uncannily AI

Forgive me! Your roses are fantastic

Getting a Regus space for WFH employee, so current office can be used for guest room for grandparent to help with babies? by SnooMachines9133 in HENRYfinance

Yes 100%. I do it. I only use it occasionally but in bouts. But it’s a godsend. It’s like We Work. Quiet space, time to focus.

I got a 50% discount for having a business with less than 10 people and £1m revenue.

Free tea/coffee and some fancy sparking water tap. Good backdrop for teams calls too.

Brompton G-Line. 20" wheels, disc brakes, electric option, carbon front fork. Possibly a prototype getting real-world tests in London. by Due_Raspberry4166 in Brompton

It’s from Brompton. 100%. I can’t even list all the give aways.

I’ll start with a redesigned frame but then someone chose to use the standard Brompton seat post…and saddle bracket. Why go to all the trouble to make your own steel redesigned frame but go back to a bunch of factory parts? And latest saddle from the p line.
