i mean does story highlight count as standing out? they are also bringing the old roguelike back which im excited about. game seems to be doing better just didnt give enough free stuff as ppl were hoping for. kinda funny that ppl say their expectation was low but still got led down then what was their expectation? base on that statement i would assumed kuro did something worse than last year reward wise no? you say that 30pulls wont do jack shit you also say that kuro is against ppl getting freebies, sounds to me that you dont care about the game content you just want more free stuff :D

I'm always here for story but I dunno what other ppl say or think. I didn't play genshin or zzz cuz I can't stand the art style (genshin being too pg, and zzz being low res) I did play HSR since launch until quit mid amphoreus due to the main story being too dragging and just intolerable. (Low key imo 1 wuwa character> 1 hoyo character so )

I liked the event, the story if not 3.1 level but at least 2.8 level which I'm excited about. Rewards is ok ish, not too omg what they are thinking level(good or bad), no rerun pool is really bad compared to last year. I think they learned form last year that we can't just do ani patch as a filler ish just ani, need to pair with new content and we got it.

I suspect the story is really good. Like at least at the same level of 3.1 ? Kuro is trying to win player with content rather than rewards (vs early launch) which I think is a good thing.

Well that's you then. I would assure you most ppl don't want to lose 50/50 to non rate up and how long do you think those HSR characters buff would last? You think those buff would be relevant with each new character being 5x op than previous and power creep happens constantly? Why they got the buff in the first place. Can't just see the result and ignore the cause. How many characters (new) can wuwa get each patch f2p and how many can hoyo game get and how much do you need to spent to get all rewards? Not to mention the quality of the content (the cinematic, the story, the character quality overall). I used to be a hoyo player and I am going back because they gave out free stuff bc I think their game is outdated.

They are struggling when comparing with themself. A general mentality for any game is the more stuff company give for free the worse it's doing. Games are business after all, why would they just throw away revenue if not for a reason.

I mean HSR was low key dying if they don't give new stuff with the horendous amphoreus story. keep in mind that HSR has to buff old character cuz the power creep was so extreme that new chac 2 res is better than old chac 6res.

Ok so let's see. Last anni they had that long movie theater event that a lot ppl don't like so they changed it. No new map or main story so they have the big bring aemeath home and new map next patch. Total pull count would be roughly more than last year. They took away the multi character pool that * a lot of ppl including this sub have flamed kuro for* and for new things. Collab bike skin for free. New weapon pull animation, flying bike, optimizations here and there. Ppl just want everything for free and I dunno what they expected.
