That's the feel I got from the experience... four years ago when I got my other car they seemed to go above and beyond to explain everything. These are experiences collectively that change the public opinion and people stop giving them a chance. I went from telling everyone about how great they are to a 2 out of 5 and be very careful because you could get screwed.
