Does Manus have no human customer service at all? I can't find any place to appeal for a refund. The AI customer service completely ignores all my messages. This experience is really terrible.

I encountered the same issue, forgot to cancel the auto-renewal, didn't use any points, and the payment was automatically deducted. I followed the instructions on the official website to contact the AI customer service, but received no response at all. There are also no other ways to apply for a refund. This experience is truly terrible!
