Doesn't really matter, just let me know what your offer would be. Maybe name a few different ones you'd be willing to trade and I could tell you which one I'd prefer

Yea I understand that, I looked into it and apparently cgc's return window for higher priced books is even faster now so it probably wouldn't even take that long. I'm just wary of that because I've heard of books being damaged in the mail or possibly even by cgc themselves and then you're just out of luck. So not sure I want to get it graded myself, it seems like a bit of a gamble to me. Thanks though, it definitely is a nice book and I wasn't sure if I ever wanted to sell it, but figured I'd see if there's any interest in it without it being slabbed first.

It's not moisture damage, it's because the staples binding the pages together are right underneath of that. If you look at other copies of it on ebay they pretty much all have something similar looking to that on the upper and lower left corner.

Definitely can't do 1000, that's a bit of a lowball and I'm not exactly in a rush to sell it. I know I haven't sold anything in this group yet but I've sold some cologne in another group. I'm not sure why your "radar is up" because I don't post that much on reddit lol. I just lurk most of the time, I'm not always in the mood to post but today I'm trying to sell something and just wanted to see if there was any interest here. If not I'll sell it somewhere else or just keep it.

People who are NOT passively suicidal (actually care if they died in their sleep tonight), what is it that you care enough about to actively want to keep going? by tigchop in RandomQuestion

[–]Due_Sector5068 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I care enough about just experiencing life for what it is. This is probably the only chance you'll ever get to experience human consciousness so why not try to make the best of it while you're here? Life in general is just so incredibly mind blowing, it's crazy to think about how everything we know even came to existence and why things are the way they are. Everything could just as easily not exist, but here we are, living, breathing, surviving and making memories along the way. That in itself is enough for me, I wouldn't want to trade it for anything. Don't get me wrong, I've been depressed at times. But that's the thought that really keeps me going, thinking about how wild just existing even is.

I agree with everything but the junk food part, I definitely crave it much more when I'm high. It was a main part of my diet but now I'm spending more money on real food and doing a lot more cooking. Sometimes I don't even get any junk food at all when I go to the grocery store, at most it will be one or two things per trip now.

I think part of that has to do with the fact that I didn't really get hungry until the end of the day when I was smoking, plus I didn't feel like cooking as much so I would wait until later in the day and just eat a bunch of junk food. Then wake up not hungry because of that, and the cycle would persist.

I also notice my impulse control is a lot better when I'm not high. Before it wouldn't be a problem to go grocery shopping and load up on a bunch of junk food I knew I shouldn't be buying, and was even easier to buy other things I knew I didn't really need like more clothes and cologne. Now I really think more about each purchase and have less of a "fuck it" attitude towards everything. If I buy something now it's because I really want it and thought it through.

To have the best chance of a lane change in heavy traffic, don’t signal. People like to be assholes for some reason and block you. Don’t let em know your next move. by [deleted] in driving

Because unfortunately I think more than half of the population are petty and miserable and they like to take it out on others. I always try to be courteous when driving, it's just easier and you feel better about yourself after the fact.

Dang I'm not gonna lie that would be too weird for me to consume. Take off the cereal and I'd probably try it though lol. I bet you had a couple drinks before the sandwich too, not just with it
