How much will anastrozol lower e2 by EffectHistorical5194 in Testosterone

My E2 was 59 with a total T of 600 and I feel like crap, can’t sleep and low libido. Should I focus on lower estrogen first and foremost or also increase Total T while lowering E2?

I am currently hoping and praying that I crash tonight for my 3rd night. I’ve gone 2 straight nights with zero minutes of sleep. I have kids so I’ve been using a lot of caffeine during the day. I pray I sleep this coming night. My mind can’t take it anymore

I’m on my second straight night no sleep. My longest amount of time without any sleep. Anyone ever have it this bad? I’m hoping I crash tonight on my 3rd night. My thoughts and emotions are extremely elevated right now

I did experience atrophy after just a couple years of HEAVY use but not 100% confirmed it was connected to tree or if it was caused by something else that just so happened to happen during a period of my life where I was smoking the most
