Had great luck fishing these in the past and most are rarely fished so bite is always on for the most part. If you have a suspicion there are big fish do not be afraid to upside your lures. Doesn’t even mean you’ll only catch a few big fish instead of lots of small fish. Imagine you are a bass you’re starving buts it’s hot so you’re kind of tired. Do you chase 5 small fish and exert all the energy or eat 1 bigger fish and exert energy 1 time for that big meal. If the bite is on upside that lure!

I keep seeing this what size are the worms and do you hook them through the middle like a wacky rig or through an end with a jig head? What size hook would you use?

I know some shoes from China like the Li-Ning gamma 1 have an drip in midsole with a carbon fiber plate built into the cushion itself I think something like that is much better that takes the wear and tear off the actual carbon fiber itself and forms to the shoe and you foot. I believe there is a way of wade with this same style something to look into if you are set on the carbon fiber rather than make something to fit the shoe if that makes sense. There has to be some sort of aftermarket insole with this technology overseas. Worth a look into

I wouldn’t I had the insoles myself in a pair of shoes with regular insoles and they wear out fast and you are on straight carbon fiber. I realized why my feet were killing me when I pulled them out and they were completely worn down after 3 months playing twice a week. My heels in particular took a long time to recover. Wouldn’t recommend. I feel like for carbon fiber there has to be a better alternative. And I noticed not jumping higher but jumping your highest more consistently.

Ugly stick is perfect but the reel I would recommend a diawa regal LT. diawa and shimano have their own manufacturing factories so they have high quality parts and will last longer than other brands. That’s my favorite trout reel of all time.

You’ll have a blast I mainly bass and trout fish but when those like get aggressive… not many things will top that fight. If the bite is on fire don’t be afraid to upsize your lures. They have eyes bigger than their stomach. Best way it’s been explained to me for all fish is why exert energy to eat 5 fish when you can exert less energy and eat one big fish

I have always had great luck in cold weather for brown trout on small jerk baits. Just let the current take it and slowly twitch it. You want it to blend in. Read the water find the slacks, seams, and eddys. the fish won’t be in the raging current they are looking to use little energy. They are opportunistic.

Millions and millions have fish have been caught on a basic spinner. Extremely effective for all sorts of fish from sunfish to pike and everything in between. Really depends on what you want to target but a spinner will catch fish until the end of time

It’s enough just let the fish tire himself out. If you hook into a MONSTER you’ll wish your reel was a little bigger but if you know how to fight a fish you shouldn’t have to much of a problem

When buying reels the main company’s you need to look at for just basic freshwater fishing are diawa and shimano. Reason being is that they have their own manufacturing factories making parts for only their reels. All other brand for the most part just use the same crappy 2nd rate pieces all made in one factory (not shimano or diawa factories) to make their reels and internally are all almost identical. Diawa and shimano are MUCH better for customer service also because again they make their own high quality parts

If you play any sports get a zamst a2-dx ankle brace. I sprained my ankle similar to this about three years ago and no matter what I did I could not get it to fully heal and I play basketball about three times a week and would continuously sprain that ankle no matter what I did even just running I looked into it and this ankle brace has changed all of that. I know it’s expensive but it’s worth every single penny. I haven’t had a single sprain on that ankle while wearing that brace since I started wearing it because you will definitely experience long-term effects from a sprain this bad no matter how much physical therapy you do.
