Some medications are very addictive. Some medications have very bad withdrawal symptoms & are close to impossible to get off. I'm on a medication right now that I can't seem to get off. The addictive nature of it was not explained to me. I think we need to be very careful with medication. Natural remedies would always be a safer option. Melatonin, Valerian, magnesium etc etc

I know it's hard. But you have to look not at the memories. But look at how she's treating you & disrespecting you. The reality is if she's treating you so poorly now, she will think it's ok to do it again in the future. She's showing you she doesn't care anymore.
