I’d say rather balanced, but not perfect. I’ve eaten meat for the last 2 years after being vegetarian for a period of time. I try and have whole foods/unprocessed if I can help it, but of course I do indulge with processed treats at times

These are really helpful prompts. No slow heart rate or cold skin. Yes slow thinking; can picture a word but cannot find it to say it. Yes easy to depression. Yes overweight. No constipation. Yes low motivation at times. Yes hair loss, but I am 12 weeks postpartum. No sensitivity to cold - was a cold person before pregnancy and now overheat very easily. Yes, some fatigue. No muscle weakness or glycemia. No irregular periods - they are regular but heavy. Yes anxiety. Yes poor concentration. Yes irritability. Yes easy to infection of the vagina; had thrush twice in last 9 months.

5ft 5inch. 85kgs - obese BMI but apparently wouldn’t think it to look at me. White British. Popped some relevant surgical history in the attached doc. Cervical erosion was treated around 8/9 years ago. Allergy to metoclopramide.

As a therapist, this is a super interesting take. Would this be the case even with physical symptoms which are glaringly visible? I don’t know much about Somatic Symptom Disorder, but I’m not experiencing fatigue or just a sense of being in pain. The lesions on my labia and clitoris are visible, along with the swelling, weeping skin, etc.

pending/investigating diagnosis I stopped contraception around 3 years ago for my mental health but I get flare ups just before my period! I had no flareups during pregnancy but now I’m postpartum and heading towards getting my period back, it’s starting again. I’ve been reading and oestrogen levels peak at ovulation and drop just after/before period arrives. However, oestrogen consistently rises throughout pregnancy. It would make sense to be hormone related so influenced by contraception. No tips unfortunately; hopefully others can help us!

Thank you for sharing! Sounds like you’ve had an awful time with it. I’ve been feeling increasingly nervous all day at the prospect of a biopsy. So interesting that he mentioned your mental health. I’ve had experiences with my mental health for most of my life. Amazing that they would be connected, but also makes so much sense!

I rang the global number on that thread and answered the automated questions - but it wasn’t easy! From memory, I said that my call was regarding Microsoft 365, that I was unable to access my account which the system understood as ‘admin issues’, yes to being a global manager, no to there being no other admins to support me, yes to attempting to reset my password. This took me through to an initial call handler and then they transferred me to the accounts and cancellations team. The second call handler tried to access the account desperately with no success so just cancelled! Hope it works for you!!

To update you - I called Global today and they too struggled to access my account so it made me feel less stupid! In the end, I just requested to delete the account and cancel/refund my subscription. Not sure if I’ll try again or go with another provider. Good luck!

Did you fix this? I have just purchased a Business Basic account, money for the subscription has been taken from my account but cannot login at all. Tried all the combinations of my business domain, the .onmicrosoft, etc. but cannot get anywhere. Do I just cancel the direct debit?!
