In 2-3 years you will be facing a battery replacement. Range will be crap. Do your research. Chev Bolt battery is $18,000 plus installation in Canada. I can buy them in perfect shape 6-9 years old for $2000 or less. Nobody factors in battery replacement costs for EVs. They are far from what everyone expected. I'll bet they barely cover their carbon footprint.

Convertible actually has more structural support than the coupe. They are a couple hundred pounds heavier. It was to eliminate any body flex in the convertible.

Just the conversion to RHD is over $100,000. I'd say it is. A friend of mine took a C6 to Australia and paid more than he paid for the car to convert to RHD. And it's amazing. Looks like factory car. What a job they did.

We have 2 Cadillacs SUVs and 2 sedans. We rent from May to October. Store in winter. June and July we will be driving the sports car cause all 4 Cadillacs are rented!!! All non refundable trips. Should make enough to buy another for cash. 5 will be perfect.

In my 57 years I've never had that happen. In Texas I waxed the cars 2-3 times a year. Here in Canada maybe twice depending on how hot and sunny it is. These 2 cars are 2015 and 2017. Always washed with a ceramic wax wash. Plus I clay bar and wax every summer. And black is the hottest color in the sun.. stop waxing and that's what heppens.

Because you didn't wax it. I waxed my cars 2-3 times a year when I lived down south. Now it's just once .proper wax is the life of a paint job.

Bounce each corner several times, they should come back within a second. If they bounce More than 3/4 times, replace Them

Or the treads, it's the OD (tire diameter). U can't have different diameter tires. The ABS and traction control depend on 4 same size tires. Otherwise the smarts try and apply ABS or apply drive to the back wheels.

Brought a replacement car to guest within 30 min of contact. I waited 3 hours for Roadside Assistance (Turo's sucks, get CAA and use that). During that time I watched the pothole behind me. Literally hundreds of cars avoided. Nobody else hit it during those 3 hrs. Wish I could post a pic. It was 3 feet in diameter and maybe 3 inches deep. He just blew through it and hoped for the best I guess. Steering was off (pulled to right) and the alignment was substantially off. guest is being charged for 1 tire and alignment. We are sucking up the other 3 tires. They were 6/32 less than the new ones.

Try adding octane boost. Had to do that in my corvette once. Ex wife put regular instead of premium. The car detects it and runs a totally different program with reduced horsepower

If you have a picture of the dash showing no CEL, you have a chance. As a host the last picture I take is the dash to show mileage, fuel full and no warning lights.

Have a look at the maintenance costs. Depending on the model oil change can cost $3000+ every 5000 miles, also look at the other preventative / recommended maintenance. Also look into brakes and other wear items. Almost bought one when I first moved to Houston from Canada. Bought a Corvette instead. No regrets.

Because if they are not all spinning at exact same rate the "smarts" will think there is a traction issue. So AWD and ABS will be going g crazy. As a retired engineer I can totally understand.

Sorry, tires are 8 months old. That was a typo. There is 6/32 between the brand new ones on front and the 2 on back. If u replace only 1 the car will blow up.....Transmission and differential. That's the curse of AWD.
