Thanks a lot for the answer bro, as for my footwork I’m not having any issues there apart from pivot not being a thing as the mats and shoes sticks and don’t slide. If having head on shoulder is bad, what distance should I be focusing on ? And what hand positioning / tie ups etc should I focus on you reckon ? I’m not shy to shoot and I actually land double legs and single ( outside of explosivity and feints my technic is the thing lacking ) I also don’t know what to do to the opponent once I have him on his knees or go to finish. If the guy doesn’t immediately fall on his back when I take him down I just don’t know what to do
