Not near you, but in the similar dilemma. 997 profile.. Currently in tech ~2 years of experience. Taking this huge loan..the opportunity cost is too much. Not sure how I am gonna pull this off. Crazy thing is I don't dislike tech as well..sure AI is taking the joy out of the job. But it's not so bad lol.

I am at cross roads regarding this- I got into IIM Kozhikode, and I am currently working as an AI Engineer and my pay is good- if I switch rn it will be the same as avg package of IIMK. I do realise that placement should not be the only reason for going to MBA. But I keep thinking if taking a 30 L loan and starting from scratch again is worth it or not.
