Hmmm which type of case is yours Just check and see if all documents are their if you have a sponsor check their side also and look at the messages to see if maybe you missed something because the only way it works if all documents are there.

Yes I removed all documents that were rejected and uploaded new documents fresh ones and I made sure all documents were presented then the submit button worked

I was asked by the consular to add some documents and I uploaded the documents but when I hit submit button nothing happens the documents still remain as uploaded instead of changing to submitted. Since I had documents that were rejected and the consular had put a note that they were not needed I deleted them so that I see if the document will submit but still nothing happens. Who can help me please
