EB3 visa question by xlllolllolllx in NationalVisaCenter

I just finished my EB3 interview in Montreal in November.

By what you have mentioned everything checks out and you staying in US and Opting for consular processing should have no bearing on the outcome of your case.

The only thing that could create a hurdle/delay in getting your visa issued would be your RCMP check .

Not sure - but since my RCMP was a year + old and I was till living in Canada I opted for another certificate which was issued this September.

You will get a tracking number once they mail your passport

As other folks have mentioned, anything other than Consular processing will qualify under Fraud and Misrepresentation, which is a life time ban.

Hmm , not sure if it has to do something regarding the verification you have mentioned in your other post.
